Frequently Asked Question
The UVLe ’26 Caravan is a unit-based training program organized by the Interactive Learning Center Diliman (ILC Diliman) to help faculty members and lecturers transition to and effectively use the updated UVLe platform.
Each three-hour training session consists of two parts:
- Transitioning to UVLe ’26 – for faculty members and lecturers who have previously used UVLe and need an overview of the updates.
- Basics of UVLe ’26 – for new users who are learning the platform for the first time.
Academic units (colleges, departments, institutes, and other academic units) may request a training session on any of the following dates, subject to the availability of ILC Diliman trainers:
- July 27, 2026 (Monday)
- July 28, 2026 (Tuesday)
- July 29, 2026 (Wednesday)
- August 3, 2026 (Monday)
- August 4, 2026 (Tuesday)
- August 5, 2026 (Wednesday)
When submitting a request, please include:
- Preferred training date and time
- Expected number of participants for each training segment
- Proposed venue
- Contact details of the unit's designated focal person
The requesting unit is responsible for organizing the training session, inviting participants, informing them which training segment is appropriate based on their previous UVLe experience, reserving and preparing the venue, and ensuring the necessary equipment and technical setup are available. ILC Diliman will assign the trainers and training assistants.
Important: Requests must be submitted at least two (2) days before the preferred training schedule to allow sufficient time for preparation and personnel assignment.
