If you are having trouble logging in to your UVLe account, please try the troubleshooting steps below based on your preferred login method.

If you are using UP Mail Login

• Make sure you are already signed in to your UP Mail account in your browser before accessing UVLe.
• Once your UP Mail account is logged in, return to the UVLe login page and select Log in with UP Mail.

If you are using Manual Login

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
• Close and reopen your browser, then try logging in again using your manual login credentials.

If you are still unable to log in after following the steps above, please submit a ticket through the ILCD Helpdesk. When reporting the issue, include the following information to help us assist you more efficiently:

• Your UP Mail address or UVLe username
• The login method you are using (UP Mail or Manual Login)
• A screenshot of the error message (if any)
• The browser and device you are using
