Frequently Asked Question
1. If the teacher requested the course via CRS, students are automatically enrolled in the course. If the system fails to automatically enroll students who have never accessed a course, the students will receive an email. The problem is usually resolved within a few hours after your first log in.
2. If the teacher requested the course via ILC Helpdesk:
a. Students can self-enroll in the course.
i.The teacher will provide an enrollment key.
ii.To self-enroll, search for the course within UVLe.
iii.Click the course link, and enter the enrollment key.
b.The teacher can manually enroll his students to his course
i. To enroll students, go to Participants tab.
ii. Click the Enrol users button
iii.In Enrolment options, go to the Select users search box
iv. Enter the students UP Mail then select the student's name
v. Click the Enrol selected users and cohorts to verify their enrolment
