How do I acquire an account for UVLe?

For UP Diliman constituent, access to UVLe is via DilNet (username@upd.edu.ph) account.
Due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine measures being imposed by the government, to request DilNet account remotely, kindly provide the following:
1. Clear photo of UP ID or Government ID with picture
2. Selfie with above ID
3. Current Form5 for students, or Appointment Paper for Faculty
4. Screenshot of CRS Dashboard if available
Send these requirements via email to helpdesk@upd.edu.ph. If your attachments exceed 6MB, kindly send the requirements in multiple emails.
